- Rohan's CTC: ₹45,000 (below the ₹1,00,000 cap, so he is eligible).
- Rohan's EPF Wage (Basic + DA): ₹22,000.
The total incentive is calculated on the EPF wage but is capped at ₹15,000. Since Rohan's EPF wage is higher than the cap, his total benefit is ₹15,000. He will receive ₹7,500 after March 2026 (6 months) and the final ₹7,500 after September 2026 (12 months), provided he completes the mandatory course.
